Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Refunds are restricted to a maximum of 30 days after purchase. Not all items are eligible for refunds; for example, commissioned work or items that require customization may not be eligible for returns.

Digital Returns

Digital items will be refunded for the full price unless they contain a time-sensitive promotion or a portion of a purchase is physical; in these cases, a best-faith effort will be made to refund the digital portion of the purchase, but the full price of the item may not be possible.

Physical Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. To be eligible for a return, any physical item must be unused and in the same condition as received. The Adventure Game Fan Fair reserves the right to decline refunds for items returned in sufficiently diminished condition.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within five (5) business days.

Shipping Returns

Physical product returns may go to different addresses depending on the product. A return address will be provided when a physical return is applied for.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item; shipping costs are non-refundable.
